A majority of millennials rely on “influencers” to make
purchasing decisions – 80% of which said that they would want their real estate
agent to be one as well. This shocking fact comes from a study by Engel
and Volkers. The study also
cited that 98% (THAT’s HUGE) rely on social media and/or a review-based website
for choosing service providers. This
means that even if you are referred by a family member, you are also going to
be vetted on the web.
