at the volume of certain keywords across five-star agent reviews on its
proprietary platform, found “helpful” appeared the most out of all terms
tracked. The #1 trait isn't knowledge, communication, or a record of past
success - HELPFULNESS is the #1 desired quality for new homebuyers.
